Refund & Failed Recharge Policy
Last updated 17 August 2026
Recharges are paid from your wallet, so a refund means the amount returns to your wallet. This page explains when that happens.
1. Recharge failed
If the operator or biller reports that a recharge failed, the amount debited is returned to your wallet automatically. A failed recharge earns no instant discount, so you get back exactly what left your wallet.
2. Recharge pending
Occasionally an operator takes a few minutes to confirm. Open History and check the status before you try again, so you do not pay twice. A pending recharge resolves to either success or failure; if it fails, it is refunded as above.
3. What cannot be refunded
- a recharge that completed successfully on a wrong number or with a wrong plan or amount you chose — operators do not reverse completed recharges
- plan benefits, validity or network quality — these are set by the operator
- a discount already applied to a recharge that completed
4. Wallet top-ups
A top-up is credited once our team confirms the payment. If you paid but the wallet is not credited, send the payment reference or screenshot to support and we will check it. A top-up that cannot be matched to a payment is not credited.
5. Wallet balance withdrawal
Withdrawal of wallet balance to a bank account is available only where enabled for your account and is reviewed by our team.
